It is one of the oldest and most prestigious medical universities in Armenia, which trains highly qualified doctors and healthcare professionals.
A comprehensive time-tracking and access control solution has been implemented at the Medical University with the aim of increasing operational efficiency, ensuring discipline, and strengthening the level of security.
High risk of unauthorized access
Employees’ working hours and attendance were not clearly tracked, and the data was often inaccurate or delayed.
There was a lack of automated analytics and reporting tools, limiting the ability to generate accurate operational insights.
Automated recording of employee entry and exit, calculation of working hours, automatic tracking of delays and absences, and generation of detailed reports.
Secure and fast identification at each entry point (face recognition, palm, fingerprint), ensuring full access control and security.
Complete monitoring and control of all data through a single unified platform.
Analysis of the site, definition of entry zones, and clarification of system requirements.
Installation of devices and implementation of the OnTime system.
Pilot operation of the system and resolution of identified issues.
Training of employees and administrative staff, along with providing user guidelines.
The implementation of the OnTime time attendance and access control systems at Yerevan State Medical University after Mkhitar Heratsi marked an important step toward a digitalized, secure, and efficient management model.
As a result, the university gained centralized control over working hours and access points, improved discipline and process predictability, and significantly reduced administrative workload.
This project also created a strong technological foundation for future development, enabling easy scalability and integration with other institutional systems.
